I Help Women Feel At Home
In Their Own Bodies Again
If you’ve been told to just “eat less and try harder” but nothing changes, you’re not alone, and it’s not your fault. I help women understand what’s really going on with their hormones — whether that’s PCOS, insulin resistance, or another piece of the picture — and build a food plan that actually fits real life.
My Story
Why This Became Personal For Me
I didn’t plan on specializing in PCOS. During my training at Farooq Hospital, I kept meeting women who felt exhausted and blamed themselves for something that wasn’t really their fault. They had tried strict diets, skipped meals, and “detox teas” from Instagram, and nothing worked for long.
What they needed wasn’t more willpower. They needed someone to explain, in simple words, why their body was reacting this way, and what would actually help. That’s what pulled me into this work, and it’s why I still love doing it today.
Why PCOS
Why PCOS, Specifically?
PCOS isn’t just “hard to lose weight with.” Your body works differently: cravings, tiredness, irregular periods, weight that won’t move no matter what you try. These aren’t signs you’re failing. They’re signs you need a different kind of help than generic diet advice.
I chose to focus here because this is where women are let down the most by one-size-fits-all plans — and it’s what led me to specialize more broadly in women’s hormonal health, including insulin resistance and sustainable weight management, as a whole.
My Approach
How I Actually Work With You
We Look At The Whole Picture
We don’t just count calories. We look at your cycle, your stress, your sleep, and your daily routine, because your body is one connected system.
Real Food For Real Life
No plans that need ten special ingredients from three different shops. If it doesn’t fit your kitchen, your budget, or your taste, it’s not a real plan.
Backed By Real Science
Everything I suggest comes from actual nutrition research, never trends, never whatever’s popular on social media that week.
Built Together, Not Handed To You
You’re not just following orders. We build your plan together, and I adjust it as your body responds.
Why You Can Trust Me
Why You Can Trust What I Tell You
There’s a lot of confusing nutrition advice online, so here’s what I want you to know about me, in plain words:
- Trained in nutrition science at university level, with years of study behind me
- Real experience working with real patients at Farooq Hospital, not just books
- Everything I recommend is checked against real research, not trends
- I've helped many women manage PCOS, hormonal imbalances, and weight concerns through food, not fear
I’ll never promise a magic fix. What I will give you is an honest plan, and someone in your corner the whole way.
My Background
What My Training Actually Means For You
My University Studies
This means years spent learning exactly how food affects your hormones, blood sugar, and energy, the real reasons some plans work and others don’t, no matter how hard you try.
My Hospital Training
This is where I learned to actually listen, sitting with real people, in real situations, not just following a textbook formula.
So when we work together, your plan isn’t guesswork. It’s built on real training and real experience with women just like you.
My Values
What I Stand For
Compassion Over Judgment
You will never be shamed here, not for your weight, your cravings, or what you’ve tried before.
Honesty Over Hype
If something doesn’t have real evidence behind it, I won’t recommend it, even if it’s trending.
Made For You, Not A Template
Your body, your culture, and your daily life shape your plan, not a generic PDF.
Slow And Steady Over Quick Fixes
I care about results that last, not something that stops working after a month.
My Promise To You
What You Will Never Hear From Me
- Fad diets or extreme calorie cutting
- Detox teas, juices, or miracle cleanses
- Supplements promising to fix your hormones overnight
- Cutting out entire food groups for no real reason
- One plan copy-pasted for every client
- Guilt, shame, or scare tactics
If something sounds too easy to be true, it usually is. I’d rather give you something that actually works.
